ReplyDelete"Tuesdays with Morrie" is an outstanding book.
It was written by Mitch Albom. This Story tells us about the relation between student and teacher.
I recommend this book to anyone who likes to read a touching story......
I read Tuesdays With Morrie back in high school as well. It's a light read but it packs a heavy punch with Morrie's life lessons. It's frank, honest, touching, and heart-warming. Death, or perhaps the imminent thought of death, has a way of equalizing us all. It is everyone's end and trivial things that used to matter either take new significance or no longer have any meaning at all. I think Mitch Albom's recount of Morrie is a reminder to us - the harried, work-obsessed, overly-ambitious, bottom-liners - that life has greater meaning than one-upping your co-worker or neighbor by showing off your latest phone, car, or whathave you. These lessons may seem simplistic but they have struck a chord in the hearts and minds of people world-over. What do you think?
